Meat/MDM (Mechanically Deboned Meat) or MRM meat is produced using a separator that strips the meat from the bone under pressure. This results in a particularly fine product with relatively little structure. It is ideal for use in hotdogs, (smoked) sausages, luncheon meat, etc.

Each block is individually packaged in plastic. The plastic can simply be removed using a tear-off edge. Supplied at a maximum of -18 degrees. Available on wooden or plastic pallets. Available with 1 block per carton, or 2 blocks per carton. Available in various ranges of chemical composition with regard to fat content. Colour/print of the carton to be agreed.
